Cancellation Policy

If you are a StomperNet Member:

To cancel, please contact Live9Support@stompernet.com on or before March 18, 2010 for a full refund of any/all deposits and dinner fees. If you fail to show up for LIVE 9 or fail to cancel prior to March 19, 2010, you will forfeit registration deposits and dinner fees.

If you are not a StomperNet Member:

To cancel, please contact Live9Support@stompernet.com on or before March 18, 2010 for a full refund of any/all registration and dinner fees.

Per our "Even Better Guarantee", if you come to the event and feel after the first day of the event (Friday, March 26th, 2010) that the event is not meeting your expectations, you are welcome to receive a refund of 2/3 your registration fee(s) or $132.00 per ticket. To receive the refund you must tell us of your desire to receive the refund prior to the first speaker on the morning of March 27th, 2010. Any dinner fees that you signed up for will be forfeited, as the dinner will have already occurred on Friday March 26th, 2010.
